(HJ Erinnerungsabzeichen). A mixed lot of commemorative badges, including:
1. A 1936 German Youth Festival badge, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 37 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
2. A 1939 Kärnten district sports festival badge, constructed of white bakelite with gilt highlights, vertical pinback, the reverse maker marked “RICHARD SIEPER & SÖHNE, LÜDENSCHEID”, along with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker’s code for the same, measuring 35 mm in diameter, demonstrating some bending, in very fine condition.
3. A 1940 Gmüd Bann sports festival badge, constructed of pressed card stock, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), demonstrating some material fatigue, in very fine condition.
4. An Oberursel marksmanship competition badge, constructed of magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 56 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
