In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
(Heer Schiffchen M35 für Mannschaften). A very well-preserved Heer EM/NCO’s M35 overseas cap, constructed of field-grey wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold-down side walls which gently scallop toward the front. The crown is flanked on each side by ventilation holes reinforced with non-magnetic metal grommets. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia consisting of a field-grey rayon backer bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 65 mm (w) x 25 mm (h). Directly below the eagle, the front also features an insignia in the form of a field-grey rayon backer bearing a machine-embroidered tri-colour cockade, measuring 35 mm (w) 35 mm (h). A multi-piece olive-drab cotton liner encompasses the interior, with the partially-legible stamp of a Vienna manufacturer visible on the crown, in addition to a size mark of “59”. The cap measures approximately 28 cm (l) x 12 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface. Minor soiling and material fatigue consistent with age and wear is visible to both the interior and exterior, but this field-worn cap remains in a near extremely fine condition.
