One constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension with a period original full length of neck ribbon, unmarked, measuring 52.91 mm (w) x 53.54 mm (h), weighing 28.1 grams, accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a wooden frame with a faux dark blue leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a gilt depiction of the award, the interior with a white rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a depressed dark blue velvet medal bed, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 9 cm (w) x 16 cm (l) x 2.5 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
2. A second one constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension with a period original full length of neck ribbon, unmarked, measuring 53.46 mm (w) x 55.40 mm (h), weighing 29.1 grams, accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a wooden frame with a faux dark blue leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a gilt depiction of the award, the interior with a white rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, with a depressed dark blue velvet medal bed, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 8.5 cm (w) x 16 cm (l) x 2.5 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.

A Pour le Mérite with Oak Leaves, constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension form an Oak Leaf Clasp, the latter marked “21” and “W” on the reverse and retaining an original full length of confectioned neck ribbon, the cross measuring 51.29 mm (w) x 52.09 mm (h), the clasp measuring 17.71 mm (w) x 15.97 mm (h), weighing 24.2 grams overall, accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a wooden frame with a faux black leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a full-colour depiction of the award, the interior with a black rayon lid liner and black velvet medal bed, unmarked, measuring 7 cm (w) x 8 cm (l) x 3 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.

A privately-purchased case for a 1914 Iron Cross II Class, constructed of a wooden frame with a faux black leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a silvered crown, the interior with a white rayon lid liner and intact hinge cover, the former bearing an inscription of “ZUR ERINNERUNG AN DEUTSCHLANDS GROßE ZEIT” (“IN MEMORY OF GERMANY’S GREAT TIME”), surrounding an iron cross, with a depressed blue feld medal bed, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 6.5 cm (w) x 11.5 cm (l) x 2 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
