(Medalla Militar Individual). 1938-1981 issued. 3rd Model. In nice old silver patina, a solid rounded medal featuring very detailed obverse design, reverse presenting a period Spanish coat of arms on the centre, measuring 34.64 mm diameter, suspended on a typical German style ribbon, denoting German recipient, obverse and reverse are stamped by Egaña, the main military manufacture during Franco’s era, light contact, very fine condition.
Footnote: Awarded to all members of the Spanish army, from soldier to captain general, who have served in wartime with exemplary and outstanding acts and contributions on the battlefield.
