Serbia, Kingdom. An Order of St. Sava, Commander by Huguenin, in Case

(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted in 1883. Type III (1921-1941). Saint in Green Robes. In silver gilt with blue, white and red enamels, gilt centrepiece rings, painted obverse centrepiece, dated "1883" on the reverse, measuring 52.4 mm (w) x 85.1 mm (h - inclusive of its crown and laterally-pierced ball suspension), original full-length neck ribbon, near extremely fine. 

In the original case of issue, a light blue exterior marked CB. CABA III. on the lid, the interior features a dark blue velvet medal bed and white silk in the lid marked HUGUENIN FRERES & Co., measures 95 mm (w) x 164 mm (l) x 27 mm (d), exhibiting wear and discolouration to the exterior, clasp and hinges functional, in very fine condition.
