1. Pilot Badge: in silvered bronze, maker marked "J,R. GAUNT & SON Ltd LONDON" on the reverse, measuring 64.8 mm (w) x 39.5 mm (h), suspended from two integral loops and an adjoining chain, with intact screwpost.  

2. Pilot Badge: in silvered metal and incorporating a gilt wreath, measuring 61.7 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), suspended from two integral loops and an adjoining chain and pin, maker marked "J. PANASIUK W-wa" on the screwback. 

3. Pilot Badge First Class: two-piece construction, in silvered and gilt bronze, with an oval "1" insignia in blue and white enamels framed within the wreath, measuring 65 mm (w) x 39.5 mm (h), suspended from two integral loops and an adjoining chain and pin, with screwback. 

4. Observer Badge Second Class: two-piece construction, in gilt bronze, with an oval "2" insignia in red and white enamels framed within the wreath, measuring 67 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), suspended from two integral loops and an adjoining chain and pin, with screwback. 

5. Pilot Badge Collar Insignia: in silvered metal and incorporating a gilt wreath, measuring 25 mm (w) x 13.5 mm (h), maker marked "J P" (J. Panasiuk of Warsaw) on the screwback. 

6. Observer First Class Badge Collar Insignia: in gilt metal, measuring 24.8 mm (w) x 14 mm (h), maker marked "J. PANASIUK WARSZARA" on the screwback. 

7. Pilot Badge Plaque: in silvered metal, green paint on the wreath, black paint on the claws and beak, along with red paint representing the eagle's eye, magnetic, measuring 148 mm (w) x 83.5 mm (h), intact screwpost.
