Overseas Medal, 2 Clasps - INFANTERIE, LEGION ETRANGERE (in silvered bronze, measuring 27 mm (w) x 44.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension);
National Defence Medal, I Class Gold Grade, 1 Clasp - ZAIRE (in bronze gilt, cornucopia hallmarked and marked "BR.PBO" (bronze) on the obverse, measuring 36 mm (w) x 40.8 mm (h) inclusive of it laterally-pierced ball suspension);
and Republic of Zaire: Cross of Bravery with Bronze Palm (in bronze, marked "R.Z." (République du Zaïre) on the reverse, measuring 35.7 mm (w) x 53.5 mm (h)). Mounted to a standard Legion black cloth suspension with three hooks on the reverse, original ribbons, the Zaire Cross of Bravery ribbon with a bronze palm affixed, very light contact, near extremely fine.
Accompanied by his Engagement Contract (issued at the First Military Region in Paris, dated March 19, 1985 at 11:00 o'clock, named to Légionnaire Bruce Robertson of London, England, age 18, the son of John Robertson and and June Robertson (née Skinner), his occupation stated as Insurer, printed in black ink on a white paper stock, measuring 208 mm (w) x 296 mm (h), fold marks);
Foreign Legion Certificate of Registration (dated March 19, 1985 and stamped March 29, 1985, to 170958 Bruce Robertson, printed in black ink on a light blue card stock, measuring 118 mm (w) x 83 mm (h), tape repair);
Permission for Leave Pass (issued by the 1st Foreign Cavalry Regiment to Légionnaire Bruce Robertson, on July 31, 1985, granting him nine days' leave, from August 12 to 20, printed in black ink on a white paper stock, measuring 285 mm (w) x 210 mm (h), fold marks);
