(KZ-Häftling Briefe). A pair of camp inmate correspondence, including:
1. One constructed of off-white paper stock with multi-coloured ink, addressed to “FRAU Z. A. JANIŠOVÁ” of Prague (Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia), bearing a 12 pfennig stamp with a postage mark of 16 October 1943, opening to reveal a brief handwritten inscription from an inmate of Groß-Rosen camp, dated 10 October 1943 and thanking the recipient for a parcel which he has received, measuring 15 cm (w) x 11 cm (h) when folded, in extremely fine condition.
2. One constructed of off-white paper stock, addressed to “FRAU LEOPOLDINE GEISSLER” of Prague (Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia), bearing a 12 pfennig stamp with a postage mark of 3 February 1944, opening to reveal a lengthy handwritten letter from an inmate of Mauthausen camp, dated 23 January 1943 and featuring personal updates and expressing gratitude for a package, measuring 14 cm (w) x 10.5 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
