(Insignien). A mixed lot of uniform insignia, including:
1. A Heer EM/NCO’s cap eagle, embroidered version, constructed of field-grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), in uniform-removed and extremely fine condition.
2. A Heer EM/NCO’s cap eagle, metal version, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining two of three original attachment prongs, maker marked with the logo of Friedrich Linden, Lüdenscheid, with a manufacture date of “38”, measuring 68 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
3. A Heer Gebirgsjäger EM/NCO’s cap insignia, constructed of partially-gilded magnetic metal, perforated with five holes for sew-on attachment, maker marked with the logo of Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen, measuring 40 mm (w) x 58 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
4. A Luftwaffe EM/NCO’s cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining both original attachment prongs, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Paulmann & Crone, Lüdenscheid, measuring 66 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
5. A Reichsarbeitsdienst (Reich Labour Service/RAD) cap insignia, constructed of olive-drab rayon, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered multi-coloured RAD logo, the reverse marked with a Reichsleitung des Reichsarbeitsdienstes (RLAD) logo, measuring 50 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in uniform-removed and near extremely fine condition.
6. A Rhine wine industry commemorative badge, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), demonstrating some loss of finish, in near extremely fine condition.
