(Insignien). A mixed lot of five political insignia, including:
1. An NSDAP visor cap insignia, constructed of coated aluminum, the obverse consisting of a political-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse retaining one of three attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/9” for Robert Hauschild, Pforzheim, demonstrating moderate loss of finish in addition to the missing prongs, in very fine condition.
2. An NSDAP member’s armband, constructed of red wool, the exterior bearing a white wool disc overlaid by a multi-piece black rayon mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 425 mm (l) in its unstitched condition, demonstrating minor material fatigue, in near extremely fine condition.
3. A mis-matched set of Sturmabteilung (SA) Anwärter-Haupttruppführer shoulder boards, each constructed of grey wool with card stock cores and topped by four bands of brown rayon piping interspersed with silver aluminum wire chevrons, the reverse of each retaining a fully-intact RZM label, both measuring 26 mm (w) x 115 mm (l), in overall extremely fine condition.
4. A Sturm-Zigaretten SA album card, measuring 40 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
