(Abzeichen und Insignien). A mixed lot of badges and insignia, including:
1. An NSDAP membership badge, constructed of zink, horizontal pinback, the reverse marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/14” for Matthias Oechsler & Sohn, Ansbach, measuring 24 mm in diameter, a late-period example in better than very fine condition.
2. A Labour Day commemorative badge, constructed of aluminum, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “KARL HENSLER, PFORZHEIM”, measuring 35 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
3. An AH patriotic badge, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, unmarked, measuring 28 mm in diameter, demonstrating some oxidation, in very fine condition.
4. A 1936 patriotic badge, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, unmarked, measuring 28 mm in diameter, demonstrating some oxidation, in very fine condition.
5. A 1939 patriotic badge, constructed of zink, vertical pinback, the reverse maker marked “A. MENZE & S., WIEN”, measuring 36 mm in diameter, demonstrating loss of finish, in very fine condition.
6. A patriotic swastika badge, constructed of silvered zink, the reverse with a pin attachment, unmarked, measuring 28 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), demonstrating loss of finish throughout, in very fine condition.
7. A 1942 Police Day commemorative badge, constructed of silvered zink, vertical pinback unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 28 mm (h), demonstrating loss of finish throughout, in very fine condition.
8. An NS-Frauenschaft membership badge, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, the reverse marked with an RZM logo and maker code “M1/34” for Karl Wurster, Markneukirchen, measuring 25 mm (w) x 28 mm (h0, demonstrating some fine cracking to the enamels, in very fine condition.
9. An HJ cap badge, constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the reverse with one of two attachment prongs intact, marked with an RZM logo and maker code “M1/158” for Karl Pichl, Innsbruck, measuring 15 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), demonstrating some cracking to the enamels, in very fine condition.
10. An HJ scarf knot, constructed of dark brown leather, unmarked, measuring 40 mm in diameter, demonstrating moderate material fatigue, in very fine condition.
