Germany, Third Reich. A Lot of Honour Crosses of the German Mother, All Grades

(Ehrenkreuze der Deutschen Mutter). A mixed lot of Honour Crosses of the German Mother, in Bronze, Silver, and Gold grades, each constructed of bronze (with silver and gilt finish where applicable) with multi-coloured enamels, all on loops for suspension from period original ribbons, each consisting of a Latin Cross with stylized rays joining the quadrants, the obverse of each with blue and white enameled arms, each overlaid by a central white enameled disc bearing a black mobile swastika, in turn circumscribed by inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse of each bearing etched institution dates of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and signatures of the Führer, all unmarked and measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), demonstrating minor flecking to the enamels, in overall extremely fine condition.
