In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
(Ärmelband für SS-Hauptamtchefs). A superb and exceptionally rare SS-Hauptamtchefs cuff title, constructed of a carefully machine-woven silver aluminum wire base, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with black tresses executed in machine-embroidered black rayon threading, the reverse stitched into a narrow fold at both ends, one end retaining a fully-intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label constructed of a black rayon base, bearing a machine-embroidered silver code of “38/38” (notably representing the transitional period before the adoption of paper labels), and the double Sig runes of the SS, measuring 28 mm (w) x 435 mm (l) as presented, an unissued and extremely rare and desirable example of an insignia worn by the highest echelons of the SS in near mint condition.
Footnote: Worn by a select few among SS leadership, most notably Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler and SS-Obergruppenführer Reinhard Heydrich, this title represents the only known example featuring an embroidered RZM label currently offered for acquisition. Dating to the final production prior to the adoption of paper labels, it is a desirable accompaniment to a carefully curated SS collection.
