(Waffen-SS Kriegsstammrolle). Constructed of off-white paper with black ink, featuring typewritten particulars to “PAUL SCHLIWA”, who was born on 15 January 1920 in Karlshof (misspelled as “KALSHOF”), Kreis Tarnowitz (now Poland), who joined the NSDAP on 1 May 1935 and served with the HJ from 1933 until1938, who was sworn into Waffen-SS service on 21 June 1940 and entered active service on 8 October 1940 with an artillery unit, and who attained the ranks of SS-Oberkanonier (29 May 1941) and SS-Sturmmann (29 June 1941) with SS-Gebirgs Artillery Regiment “Nord”, 6th SS Mountain Division “Nord”, stapled with a short typewritten service record indicating that Schliwa performed security duty in occupied Norway before being deployed to the northern sector of the Eastern Front, repeatedly certified by the handwritten signature of an unidentified Hauptsturmführer and battery commander, measuring 21 cm (w) x 29.5 cm (h), a researchable primary record in extremely fine condition.
