(Medaille für ausgezeichnete Leistungen im technischen Dienst der Luftwaffe). Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse bearing a leftward-facing profile of Hermann Göring, circumscribed by the inscription “DER OBERBEFEHLSHABER DER LUFTWAFFE REICHSMARSCHALL HERMANN GÖRING” (THE SUPREME COMMANDER OF THE LUFTWAFFE REICHSMARSCHALL HERMANN GÖRING), the reverse bearing a central Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, circumscribed by the inscription “FÜR AUSGEZEICHNETE LEISTUNGEN IM TECHNISCHEN DIENST DER LUFTWAFFE” (“FOR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OF THE LUFTWAFFE”), unmarked, measuring 75 mm in diameter, demonstrating a consistent patina throughout with the loss of some silver finish, in near extremely fine condition.
