Description

(Jugend Abzeichen). A mixed lot of three youth badges, including:

1. A Deutsches Jungvolk (German Youth/DJ) membership badges, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, measuring 21 mm in diameter, a large chip is visible to the enamels with additional flecking, as well as loss of finish to the base metal, in very fine condition.

2. An HJ membership/cap badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, vertical pinback, the reverse marked with an RZM logo and maker code “M1/90” for Apreck and Vrage, Leipzig, measuring 14 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), with some flecking evident to the enamels, in near extremely fine condition.

3. An HJ Marksmanship Badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, the reverse marked with an RZM logo and maker code “M1/63” for Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid, measuring 22 mm in diameter, with some flecking and loss of finish evident to the enamels and base metal, respectively, in near extremely fine condition.
