1 An Anschlsus Medal, constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing two raised figures, one of which is clutching a flag and the other a length of broken chain, above a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised date of “13. MÄRZ 1938”, circumscribed by an inscription of “EIN VOLK, EIN REICH, EIN FÜHRER” (“ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE LEADER”), unmarked, measuring 32.31 mm in diameter, weighing 17.2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a light wooden frame with a faux red leather exterior liner, the lid bearing a gilded German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the interior with a white rayon lid liner and slotted maroon velvet medal bed, closing with a functional metal spring catch with exterior stud release, unmarked, measuring 50 mm (w) x 100 mm (l) x 20 mm (h), demonstrating fading of the ribbon in addition to moderate material fatigue throughout the case, in better than very fine condition.

An Eastern Front Medal, constructed of silvered and patinated zink, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a swastika, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “WINTERSCHLACHT IM OSTEN 1941/42” (“WINTER BATTLE IN THE EAST 1941/42”), above a crossed sword and laurel branch, topped by a Stahlhelm and stick grenade, unmarked, measuring 35.76 mm (w) x 44.06 mm (h), weighing 19.8 grams, demonstrating loss of finish throughout, in very fine condition.

A miniature medal stick pin, constructed of a blackened and silvered zink alloy, featuring three awards, including a 1939 Iron Cross, an Eastern Front Medal, and a Black Grade Wound Badge, unmarked, measuring 20 mm (w) x 10 mm (h), demonstrating minor loss of finish, in near extremely fine condition.
