A Kreisleiter vehicle pennant banner, of multi-piece construction, consisting of four equal panels of triangular beige and light brown cotton/rayon blended cloth, securely stitched into a square with points meeting in the centre, the obverse bearing a central hand-embroidered silver aluminum flat wire NSDAP-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by Fraktur letters “KL” (Kreisleiter) of identical construction, trimmed along all four edges with red rayon tresses, unmarked, measuring 28 cm (w) x 28 cm (h), minor fatigue in the form of fraying to the edges and sporadic holes to the base cloth (possibly consistent with mothing) is visible, in addition to moderate soiling throughout, a storied example configured to pre-1939 regulations and removed from its original metal fender frame, in very fine condition.
