Germany, Luftwaffe. A J30 BZ Cockpit Clock, with Me-262 Attribution, by Junghans

Constructed of a blackened non-ferrous metal casing, with four corner eyelets for rivet attachment, featuring a standard 12-hour clock with hour, minute, and second hands retaining trace amounts of luminescent paint, with a 60-second stopwatch, retaining a tempered crystal, the reverse unscrewing to reveal internal mechanisms, with marked indicating a J30 BZ clock produced by Junghans, bearing an additional hand-etched inscription of “ME-262”, measuring 60 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), demonstrating some scratching and wear throughout, a model used across Luftwaffe fighter aircraft with an interesting wartime attribution to the legendary Luftwaffe fighter jet, of unknown functionality, in very fine condition.
