(Schlageter-Schild 2. Form mit Kampfschnalle Rhein/Ruhr 1923/24, mit Foto). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central raised inscription of “SCHLAGETER”, topped by a Latin Cross, situated above a pair of crossed swords, the cross flanked by campaign plaques inscribed “RHEIN/RUHR 1923/24”, the reverse with visible clips securing the obverse plaques in place, with a replacement vertical pinback, maker marked “PAUL KÜST, ABZEICHEN U. ORDENFABRIK BERLIN”, measuring 48.30 mm (w) x 59.82 mm (h), weighing 38.2 grams, demonstrating minor loss of finish to high-contact points in addition to the replacement of the pinback, in very fine condition; accompanied by an unrelated period photo depicting a Reich Labour Service (RAD) high official, in uniform and wearing the Golden Party Badge in addition to a Schlageter Schiled featuring three campaign clasps, the reverse in postcard format, bearing a Konblenz studio mark and stamped with an RAD Arbeitsgau 24 Mittelrhein district mark, dated 6. June 1935, measuring 9 cm (w) x 14 cm (h), in extremely condition.
