A matching set of Waffen-SS Gebirgsjäger Obersturmführer shoulder boards, each constructed of black wool with a rigid card stock core, trimmed with green piping, topped with four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with a single gilded pip, both unmarked, the reverse of each retaining an integral strap connecting to a pebbled button, both unmarked and measuring 35 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), one strap demonstrating some reverse mothing and both showing evidence of the removal of matching devices, in uniform-removed and overall very fine condition.
