An early Bundeswehr Heer Officer’s cap, constructed of dark grey whipcord wool with a green wool cap band and bronze, wire, and leather elements, the interior retaining a name tag bearing a size mark of “57”, maker marked “COBEDA K.G., WUPPERTAL-RONSDORF”, also retaining an original depot tag dated “4. III. 65”, measuring 25 cm (w) x 28 cm (l) x 16.5 cm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue to the exterior, an unissued example in near extremely fine condition.
2. An early Bundeswehr Heer Armoured Officer’s visor cap, constructed of dark grey whipcord wool with rose-pink cap bands and bronze, wire, and leather elements, the interior maker marked “BAMBERGER MÜTZEN-INDUSTRIE” and bearing a size mark of “58”, measuring 25 cm (w) x 28.5 cm (l) x 15.5 cm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue, in near extremely fine condition.
3. A Bundeswehr Heer Officer’s cap, constructed of grey whipcord wool with silver aluminum wire and leather elements, the interior retaining a name tag bearing a partially-legible owner’s name, maker marked “CARL ISKEN, KÖLN”, measuring 22 cm cm (w) x 27 cm (l) x 17.5 cm (h), missing its peak cockade and demonstrating minor material fatigue throughout, in very fine condition.
4. A Bundeswehr Luftwaffe Officer’s cap, constructed of slate-grey whipcord wool with silver aluminum wire and leather elements, the interior retaining a name tag bearing a partially-legible owner’s name, maker marked “ISKO” for noted Koblenz-based headgear manufacturer Carl Isken, measuring 22 cm (w) x 26 cm (l) x 16.5 cm (h), demonstrating bending and distortion to the structure, in very fine condition.
