1. An early Voroshilov Military Academy badge, constructed of silvered brass with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond bearing a red enameled five-pointed star, in turn defaced by a gilt Soviet coat of arms, the reverse with a threaded lug retaining an original backplate, the latter maker marked for the Moscow Mint, measuring 26 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), demonstrating some flecking to the enamels, in extremely fine condition.

2. A late-issue Voroshilov Military Academy badge, constructed of gilded brass with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond bearing a red enameled five-pointed star, in turn defaced by a gilt Soviet coat of arms, situated above a silvered banner bearing a black inscription of “ВВА ИМ. ВОРОШИЛОВА”, the reverse with a threaded lug retaining an original backplate, the latter marked with a Moscow dedication, measuring 26 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.

3. A Zhukovsky Air Force Engineering Academy badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled diamond bearing a red enameled five-pointed star, in turn defaced by a gilt Soviet coat of arms, situated above a silvered banner bearing an inscription of “ВВИА ИМ ЖУКОВСКОГО”, the reverse with a threaded lug retaining an original backplate, unmarked, measuring 26 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), demonstrating some fine cracking to the enamels, in near extremely fine condition.
