Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised and leftward-facing profile of a Reichsheer soldier wearing a Stahlhlem, circumscribed by an inscription of “UNTFFZ. VEREINIGUNG, I. KOMP. 9. PR. INF. RGT.” (“NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER ASSOCIATION, 1ST COMPANY, 9th PRUSSIAN INFANTRY REGIMENT”), the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “PREIS SCHIESSEN 1929” (“SHOOTING PRIZE 1929”), surrounded by laurel leaf branches, unmarked, measuring 90 mm in diameter, accompanied by its original presentation case, constructed of a heavy pressed card stock frame with a faux blue leather exterior liner, the interior with a black velvet lid liner and fitted black velvet medal bed, unmarked, measuring 13 cm (w) x 13 cm (l) x 2.5 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
