A lovely miniature chain in 18K Gold, featuring a star patterned pin on one end marked VM denoting manufacture by Vincent Mayer, along with a goat head gold mark denoting Gold composition, measures 245 mm in total length, weighs 20.79 grams in total, comprising eight decorations:
An Order of Franz Joseph, Miniature Grand Cross in silver with Gold center featuring a red enamel cross with eagle in the segments with crown and central FJ centerpiece in white enamels, the reverse plain, marked VM on the ring denoting Vincent Mayer manufacture and silver mark, measures 18.0 mm (w) x 20.3 mm (h), enamels intact, dark patina, in extremely fine condition.
An Order of Leopold, Miniature Cross, in silver gilt and enamels, featuring a red and white cross pattee with large surmounting crown, marked VM on ring with partial Austrian silver mark, measures 13.5 mm (w) x 26.05 mm (h), enamels intact, light wear, in extremely fine condition.
An Order of the Iron Crown, in Gold and enamels, featuring a double headed eagle on a Lombardy crown, surmounting crown, marked VM on ring with an Austrian goat head mark denoting gold composition, in extremely fine condition.
