Signed by the Mayor, City Clerk and City Treasurer, with city seal. Measures 335 mm (w) x 438 mm (h) x 15 mm (d), reverse offers a horizontal hanging wire, with copies of the Second War Memorial Remembrance Book entrance for Lieut. Stoll and cemetery details, light wear and contact marks to frame, foxing to paper below the glass, remains very fine.
