Three-piece construction, silver bronze with red, light blue, yellow, white and green enamels, bronze tower in the centre indicating a 3rd class award, un-numbered, 42 mm (w) x 58.5 mm (h), original ribbon with pinback, scattered silvering wear, near extremely fine.
