An NSKK Dagger by Pumawerk: Lauterjung & Sohn, Solingen: Measuring 370 mm in length with the scabbard on, this NSKK dagger is engraved "Alles für Deutschland" on the blade, magnetic, exhibiting beautiful crossgraining, with the usual in and out runner marks, sharp edges and a very sharp tip. It is marked with the RZM insignia and maker marked "M7/27" (Pumawerk: Lauterjung & Sohn, Solingen) on the reverse ricasso, the blade with scattered traces of surface wear, measuring 222 mm in length and rating very fine. Nickel plated fittings on both crossguards, along with the pommel, both crossguards exhibiting contact marks. Wooden handle with light contact on the reverse and without chipping, embedded finely-detailed aluminum eagle rates better than very fine, while the SA insignia exhibits light contact and silvering wear, with its brown enamels intact, the dagger measuring 350 mm in length. The scabbard fittings and ball finial with light contact, the black painted body with scattered paint chipping. Ring attached to the locket has its original leather dagger hanger strap with adjustable buckle and functioning clip, marked with the RZM insignia and maker marked "M5c/93" (Paulmann & Crone, Lüdenscheid) on the clip. The throat and chape held firmly in place via two screws each, the scabbard measuring 245 mm in length. Very fine.
