What's a max bid?

WWII Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) Tam - This cap is fabricated from a finely textured brown wool with a greenish brown wool panel at the rear of the cap, a large, square, black, green and dark blue tartan, representative of the Black Watch sewn on the left side, four eyelets (two on either side) with a brown cotton drawstring fed through the eyelets at the rear for an adjustable fit, topped by a brown wool toorie, lined in light brown cotton, padded and handwritten in black ink "DRUIVEN 760" on the dome, with an additional stamping below but having faded with time, measuring 220 mm x 230 mm, quality stitching, clean exterior, light soiling on the interior and two holes behind the tartan where the cap badge once resided, better than very fine.
