eMedals is pleased to present at auction, the collection of Michael Quigley, notable collector and longtime member of OMSA (Orders & Medals Society of America). Having been a collector and enthusiast of Asian focused orders and militaria for nearly 50 years, Michael has contributed to multiple OMSA publications as well as provided his expertise to "Orders and Medals of Japan and Associated States", published in 2000 and which illustrates many awards from his offered collection. Having hosted an annual Japanese Art & Militaria exhibition in San Antonio each year, Michael's deep seated passion for collecting led him to amass an extensive and impressive collection of seldomly seen awards from both the Japanese as well as the Korean Empires.
