(Orden del Mérito). Instituted in 1906. Type IV (1925-1929). In silver with blue enamels, unmarked, measuring 42 mm (w) x 54.5 mm (h) inclusive of its Andean condor suspension, intact enamels, very light contact, large rosette affixed to its original ribbon, near extremely fine.
