What's a max bid?

(Fürstrlich Reußisches Ehrenkreuz II. Klasse). Issued 1869-1918. A silver Maltese cross with rays radiating from the centre, obverse with a red enameled central medallion depicting a crowned coat of arms of Reuss, reverse with a black enameled central medallion depicting a crowned royal cipher of Heinrich, measuring 15.32 mm (w) x 16.84 mm (g); weighing 2.3 grams; very fine.
