What's a max bid?

The book is constructed of hard blue cardstock and contains 223 pages of black and white and colourized photographs of orders and medals, accompanied by descriptions and histories. The book was published in Denmark by Balkan Heritage in 1987. It measures 171 mm (w) x 237 mm (h) and is in near mint condition.
