What's a max bid?

It is constructed of a heavy card stock binding with a multi-coloured matte exterior. The exterior obverse cover bears the author and title in both English and German. The interior content consists of 817 glossed white paper stock pages featuring detailed information on the construction, composition, and value of German orders and medals spanning the era of the German Empire through the Third Reich, supplemented by black-and-white facsimile images. All information is coherently indexed by era and service branch. It was published in 2004 by Niemann Verlag of Hamburg, Germany. The book measures 215 mm (w) x 302 mm (h). While minor exterior material fatigue is evident, this comprehensive and essential guide is in an overall near extremely fine condition.
