A one-piece wreath and cockade, constructed of a black wool base with silver aluminum wire embroidery and with red wool and black threaded accents to the cockade, the reverse retaining mostly-intact paper and buckram liners, unmarked, measuring 130 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue to the right side wire (when viewed from the obverse) which has partially exposed the card stock frame, in uniform-removed and near extremely fine condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3.
