Constructed of stamped bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, diagonally across the badge is a Karabiner 98k rifle with the bayonet attached and the carrying sling hanging from the rifle, the reverse with a raised block hinge, vertical pinback, but missing the part of the award to which the pinback was attached, measuring 47.1 mm (w) x 60.8 mm (l), weighing 13.90 grams, a recovered example of undeterminable grade. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2. Constructed of silvered zink,  the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf, surrounding a central raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, situated above a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, the reverse with a narrow raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, measuring 42.3 mm (w) x 53.5 mm (l), weighing 29.05 grams, a recovered example.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3. (SS Erkennungsmarke). A SS identification tag, constructed of zink with three drill holes and divided by three horizontal slots in the centre, stamped “41 2\/3 SS T. RGT” on both sides, measuring 71 mm (w) x 51 mm (l), in better than fine condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3. (SS Erkennungsmarke). A SS identification tag, constructed of zink with three drill holes and divided by three horizontal slots in the centre, stamped “1. E.
