Includes 27 pages with a short introduction in the form of an experience report, and 91 black and white photos as well as 24 early colour photos. They depict many different military branches on deployment in Poland, Norway, France, and Belgium.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAdditionally, the book carries a dedication: “To John - a great friend. 3\/29\/83.” Signed by Clint Hackney Jr.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA page has been added at the very beginning. It is a certificate, stating that on the Day of the Wehrmacht in 1943 the O. B. Before the war, he had worked for the “Berliner Illustrierte Zeitung” newspaper, where he was already known to be at the top of his field. During his time in the propaganda company, he was described as one of the ablest photographers. After seeing action in Poland, France, and Norway, \u003cspan class=\"il\"\u003eBorchert\u003c\/span\u003e went to Africa in 1941 to report on Rommel’s Afrikakorps.
