The shoulder boards are constructed of matt silvery coloured Russian-style braid; edged with pink Waffenfarbe rayon piping; with a gilded zink letter”P” unit pip on each, with both prongs intact; both on black wool backing, with a slim black wool tongue attached to the underside of the body; measuring 105 mm x 34 mm; with two Waffen-SS pebbled metal screw-down buttons marked “RZM M5\/329” (Berth. Jäger, Tyssa u. Bodenbach) and “1334\/41 SS” on the reverse of the button, and “DRGM” on both screw-plates.
