In 18K Gold, a red enamelled cross with white enamel interior, reverse mirrors the obverse, suspended from a white enamel starburst with rays in each quadrant, featuring a central sacred heart, reverse of the suspension plain, measures 35.9mm (w) x 82.2mm (h – inclusive of suspension), worn on an elongated loop and connected to an original red neck ribbon, weighs 30.2 grams (including ribbon), very minor chips in cross, one white ray in the suspension has a notable chip, otherwise, remains in extremely fine condition.
