What's a max bid?

Footnote: Father - Thomas Cambridge was born in England about 1831. He is shown on the roll of 14th Battalion (Princess of Wales Own Rifles) for the Fenian Raid medal and clasp. On the North West Canada roll he is shown for the medal only. Son - Thomas Cambridge was born in Ontario in 1866. He is shown on the North West Canada roll for the medal only. He received the long Service Medal by G.O.281 in 1902.
