What's a max bid?

In silver, engraved "Dr. SANDHE KHAN DOCTOR DAULAT KHANA" on the edge, measuring 36.5 mm in diameter, bruised, contact marks, original ribbon suspended from an ornate hanger with pinback, very fine.

 

Footnote: Although succeeded in 1907, Sadiq Muhammad Khan V was only three years old at the time. On October 1, 1922, on attaining his eighteenth birthday, he was granted limited administrative powers and, on April 1, 1923, became the head of the Council of the Regency. He was invested with full ruling powers on March 8, 1924.
