What's a max bid?

In blackened bronze, measuring 36.5 mm in diameter, scattered blackening wear, lightly soiled original ribbon, near extremely fine.

Footnote: Although succeeded in 1907, Sadiq Muhammad Khan V was only three years old at the time. On October 1, 1922, on attaining his eighteenth birthday, he was granted limited administrative powers and, on April 1, 1923, became the head of the Council of the Regency. He was invested with full ruling powers on March 8, 1924.
