What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If the current auction price is $100 dollars and you place a maximum bid of $120 dollars, the system will bid $101 dollars on your behalf.

If no other participant places a bid, you win that auction lot for $101 dollars.

If another auction participant places a bid of $110 dollars, the system will subsequently place a bid of $111 dollars on your behalf. The system will continue to bid in $1.00 dollar increments until your maximum bid of $120 dollars is exceeded.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A mixed lot of ten commemorative badges, including a 1927 Czechoslovakian Workers Gymnastics Association Olympiad bade, constructed of bronze, unmarked, measuring 37 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), missing its pinback, in fair condition; a 1928 Deutsches Turnfest (Gymnastics Festival), constructed of silvered bronze, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in very fine condition; a 193 Trier gymnastics festival badge, constructed of silver bronze with embroidery, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 34 mm (w) x 26 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a 1935 Ortsgruppe Aachen ten-year anniversary badge, constructed of aluminum, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), missing its pinback, in fair condition; a 1937 Aachen Kreistag badge, constructed of magnetic metal, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 35 mm in diameter, unmarked, in extremely fine condition; a 1939 Sturmabteilung (SA) Gruppe Westfalen combat games badge, constructed of bakelite, horizontal pinback, the reverse marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M9/67” for Overhoff & Cie, Lüdenscheid, measuring 49 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a 1939 HJ combat games badge, constructed of card stock, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 38 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition; a Day of German Sailing Badge, constructed of aluminum, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “W. ANNETSBERGER, MÜNCHEN”, measuring 42 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a Reich Air Protection League (RLB) badge, constructed of magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 23 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), with oxidation evident, in fair condition, and; a German Air Sports badge, constructed of aluminum with amber, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 28 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
