Full service file with copies of Gazette showing all entitlements, and copy of his photo. Lieutenant Colonel Rooney went overseas to England Oct.12, 1916 - Oct. 18, 1918 as O.C. 12th. Reserve Bn./Adjutant 166 Battalion. Prior service - 8 years Q.O.R. Also served with 2nd. Regt. (A.M.) with the Toronto Civic Guard from 9-5-16 to 27-7-15.
