Queen?s South Africa Medal, three clasps: Cape Colony; Orange Free State; Transvaal; impressed (32961 DVR. F.C. KENEE 65TH. BTY. R.F.A.); King?s South Africa Medal, two clasps: South Africa 1901; South Africa 1902; impressed (32961 DVR. F.C. KENEE, R.F.A.); British War and Victory Medals, impressed (657067 SJT. F.C. KENEE. 18-CAN. INF). Good very fine or better. F.C. Kenee served in the Boer War, 1899-1902 in the 65th Battery, Royal Field Artillery in the Cape Colony, Orange Free State and Transvaal Theatres.Kenee enlisted in the 168th Oxford County Battalion on 8th January 1916 at Woodstock, Ontario. He was the husband of Kate Stanley Kenee of 115 Bay St. Woodstock.Sergeant Kenee was missing, presumed killed 10th November 1917 near Passchendaele Village in support of the attack.
