Russia, Imperial. An 1867 Russian Ethnographic Exhibition Table Medal

Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised Romanov imperial eagle clutching an orb and sceptre, circumscribed by a Russian Cyrillic inscription indicating that the medal was issued to commemorate the 1867 Russian Ethnographic Exhibition, the reverse bearing an inscription indicating that the medal was instituted in 1863 for recognition of prize-winning participants in the event, unmarked, measuring 61.60 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
