A Russian Imperial Silver Caucasus Belt Buckle 1908-26
With an ornately engraved silver base, with an ornately engraved miniature dagger inserted through a bracket on the top of the buckle, the dagger with a loop on its side and connected to a die-hole at the far upper right on the buckle itself via a multi-link chain, Kokoshnik marked with the woman's head facing to the right (the second version used between 1908 and 1926), marked with the city mark "v" (Kiev) to the left of her head and maker marked "ЛК", both the Kokoshnik and maker mark in two locations on the reverse, engraved "29" in two locations on either side of the central seam on the reverse, 58.5 mm x 76.3 mm, extremely fine.
