What's a max bid?

14K Gold with red and green enamels, hand-painted centrepieces, weighing 10.3 grams, kokoshnik marked on the integral ring with a pre-1908 left-facing woman's head (wearing the peasant headdress traditionally referred to as a kokoshnik) within an oval cartouche, to her left is the standard number "56" and to her right are the assayer's initials (which also indicate the assay office), 40.5 mm x 43.8 mm, very fine chipping in the green enamels on the wreath, near extremely fine.
