A lot of 9 cap badges, including a King’s Own Scottish Borderers Regiment cap badge for troops in white metal, the obverse features a central castle encompassed by a Saltire Cross and a highly detailed crowned oak leaves wreath, plain reverse with two catches for attachment, measuring 48.37 mm (w) x 67.32 mm (h), slight tarnished surfaces, very good; two Black Watch Royal Highland Regiment cap badge in white metal, the obverse features a rayed and faceted star similar to the Star of the Order of the Thistles, exhibiting a central figure of St Andrew holding his cross, surrounded by a crowned border inscribed the motto NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSET (meaning no one attacks me with impunity), within a wreath of oak leaves, displaying a heraldic lion on the 6 o’clock arm, the reverse is plain with two catches, both badge measure 59.57 mm (w) x 79.84 (h), light contact, extremely fine; a Tyneside Scottish Regiment cap badge in white metal, consisting a central tower carrying a standing lion bearing a pennant, encompassing with a St Andrew’s Cross flanked by two leaves of thistles, the base with a tablet bearing the title “TYNESIDE SCOTTISH”, plain reverse with two catches for attachment, measuring 52.51 mm (w) x 56.56 mm (h), light contact, extremely fine; an East Yorkshire Regiment cap badge in brass and white metal, consisting of an eight-pointed multirayed star in brass, obverse centre featuring a Tudor Rose in white metal within a laurel wreath, the base with a scroll inscribed EAST YORKSHIRE, the reverse with slider for attachment, measuring 47.16 mm (w) x 42.18 mm (h), toned metal, very fine; a Green Howards Alexandra Princess of Wales Own Yorkshire Regiment cap badge in white metal, comprising a crowned letter A inscribed ALEXANDRA, interlinked with the Dannebrog inscribed 1875, the base featuring a scroll bearing THE YORKSHIRE REGT, along with the beneath inscription THE PRINCESS OF WALES'S OWN' REGT, the reverse is plain with slider, measuring 39.97 mm (w) x 47.63 m (h), presenting light contact and minor loss of silvered, very fine; a 13th London (Princess Louise’s) Kensington Regiment cap badge in brass, consisting of an eight-pointed multirayed star, the obverse centre with an engraved regiment insignia, plain reverse with slider, measuring 43.75 mm (w) x 43.44 mm (h), light contact, very fine; an Arygll and Sutherland Highlanders (Princess Louise's) cap badge in white metal, consisting of a central circular emblem with a boar's head and cat surmounted by a crown, surrounded by a border inscribed ARGYLL AND SUTHERLAND, as well as a wreath of thistles leaves, plain reverse with two catches, measuring 59.97 mm (w) x 81.22 mm (h), light contact extremely fine; a Seaforth Highlander (Ross-shire Buffs, the Duke of Albany’s) badge cap in white metal, consisting of a stag's head above a scroll bearing the Gaelic motto CUIDICH'N RIGH (Help the King), the reverse with principle horizontal pin, measuring 61.08 mm (w) x 57.25 mm (h), light contact, very fine.
