What's a max bid?

A hollow, silver Latin Cross with red and white enameled arms, with superposed enameled green laurels denoting war decoration, central obverse with a red enameled Geneva Cross on a white enameled background, surrounded by a red enameled ring with inscription of PATRIAE AC HUMANITATI (COUNTRY AND HUMANITY), the reverse with central medallion with date of 1864-1914 on a white enameled background, inside a red enameled ring, suspended by a loop for suspension from a Ladies’ ribbon, measuring 36.53 mm (w) x 47.31 mm (h - inclusive of integral ring), light contact, very fine condition.
